U-Multirank's unique 'Sunburst chart' gives an illustration of a university's performance profile across the five U-Multirank dimensions. These are indicated in different colours. For instance, the teaching and learning dimension is symbolised by the colour green. Each 'sunray' represents one of the thirty plus U-Multirank indicators. The longer the ray, the better the performance of an institution on the selected indicator: a full-length ray stands for 'top group' performance, whereas a short ray means 'weak' performance. A missing sunray indicates that the specific data indicator is not available. An institution's performance in an indicator can be identified by moving the cursor over the rays. A key guard for the sunburst chart is provided here .

The MSc students study 12 pre-master courses within one year in addition to the master thesis. This large number of courses is a special feature of our program since most universities requires lower number of courses. The M.Sc. provides an anchor for possible cooperation with German partners through research collaborations. The curricula and study programs are oriented to conduct state-of-the-art research and development that span the full breadth of the spectrum of information technologies from device-level up to the full-scale of information technology building blocks.

It's well known that materials have been central to human development. In fact several eras of human development have been described by the materials driving innovation at the society levels. Therefore, when developing engineering processes for synthesis and production of materials and when designing materials for specific applications, the materials engineer must understand fundamental concepts. These are the study areas essential for all students of materials: materials structure, electronic, magnetic and mechanical properties of materials, bio- and polymeric materials, and materials process
