The School of Sciences at the University of Navarra has over 50 years' experience in training biology professionals, especially in the clinical and environmental fields. Thus, the scientific foundation that students acquire through studying the biological sciences is supplemented with more applied knowledge and skills related to the environmental sciences. Throughout the five years of this double degree, the only one of its kind in Spain, students take 339 ECTS credits, which are divided into 60 subjects. This joint degree implies doing the Environment Landscapes Program.

The purpose of training in Industrial Technologies in Engineering is to provide new graduates with the knowledge, techniques, skills and attitudes required of the mechanical, electrical and electronic branches of Industrial Technical Engineering, and which may be summarised in the following general objectives: ensure graduates will be able to deal with multidisciplinary problems using initiative, their capacity for decision-making, creativity and critical reasoning; and educate individuals to pass on knowledge in the field that may qualify them to manage working parties.
